At Prism, venture capital works.

Entrepreneurs do not view us as typical venture capitalists. We know this because they tell us. They view us as business partners and fellow executives helping them build exciting, market-leading companies. They value our input and perspective and often request our participation in their team's strategy and planning sessions.

Our cross-sector process and bi-coastal presence allow us to have far stretching reach in both domain experience and geography. Building market-leading companies requires both, and we believe that we are uniquely poised to deliver.

Entrepreneurs also tell us that we do the most due diligence when assessing new investments. We work hard to be sure that we know all the strengths and challenges that each new opportunity faces. Invaluable byproducts of this process are the strong relationships that we build with the entrepreneurs and founding teams at each new company. This process also allows us to test "goal alignment" with potential syndicate partners. We value the strong relationships that form among the entrepreneurs, and our co-investors, and the Prism team that are fostered through this process.
